Cutting
Flame Cutting: Oxy-Fuel Flame Cutting is the process of injecting high pressure oxygen and a fuel source such as propane or natural gas through a cutting torch to cut through steel plate. These torches are controlled by a CNC system to ensure part accuracy. We have the ability to cut carbon and alloy steel plate in excess of 24 inches in thickness by 180" x 600" in length and width. Our flame cutting machines have the ability to operate up to eight torches at once to ensure quick turnaround times on multiple piece production orders.
Plasma Cutting: Plasma Cutting is the process of blowing an inert gas such as nitrogen through a torch and passing an electrical arc through the gas to form a superheated plasma. This process is CNC controlled similar to Oxy-Fuel cutting but can be used to steel plate with more precision. We have the ability to plasma cut carbon and alloy plates 1" x 96" x 288. Please inquire about thicknesses in excess of 1 inch.
Saw Cutting: We have the ability to saw cut steel plate 3" inches and under up to widths of 96 inches wide.
